Today’s episode has been deeply inspired by a post I saw on Instagram last night.

Unfortunately, I can’t find it now (seriously hate when that happens!), but the gist of it was how the author felt EXCITED to change, and evolve, and discover new aspects of herself. She was breaking free from the rigidity of the past, and no longer felt like she needed to ‘be’ a certain way to please others.

It was sooo beautifully and eloquently written, and honestly, I resonated with it SO much!

In today’s episode, I want to talk about the gift of reinventing yourself, and what embracing the joy of reinvention can look like.

For some reason, we ‘white-knuckle’ ourselves into certain beliefs & mindsets, without allowing ourselves the ability to explore outside of this. I personally LOVE the fact that we’re able to change, and try new things, and ultimately, find what really makes us, ‘us’. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be the same person 30 years from now that I am today – I sure hope I’ve evolved since then!

Right now, I’m in a season of doing just that. I’m getting curious about things like crystals, energy work, and even free bleeding underwear. It might sound a littttle ‘out there’. And I’ll admit, in the past I would have been too afraid to share due to what others might think of me.

But you know what? I can feel myself being magnetically drawn to all of this, and it excites me!

I no longer feel that I need to hold myself back from exploring the depths of myself, just to make myself more ‘palatable’ for society. It’s in my human design to continuously be evolving and healing and connecting, and yes..getting outside of my comfort zone.

Maybe you’re in a season of ‘questioning’ too. But maybe you’re struggling with finding the courage to dig deeper, and start expanding in ways you never have before. My encouragement for you today is to just START! Give yourself permission to explore your curiosities and passions, and be open to learning new things that may be unexpected!

It’s time to give yourself the ‘gift’ of reinventing yourself, and start exploring what truly lights you up. I’m doing this with you – let’s start embracing the joy of reinvention together!
