I spent years following the rules, chasing gold stars, and doing
all the right things. Until I woke up one day and realized I didn’t even recognize myself. I was exhausted, disconnected, and drowning in a life that looked good on paper but felt completely out of alignment.
So I did what women like us do when we hear the whisper that says, this isn’t it.
I burned the rulebook.
I stopped asking for permission and started creating a life that actually felt like mine. I peeled back the layers, unlearned the conditioning, and reclaimed my voice. And now? I help other women do the same.
Through deep, no-fluff conversations, intimate retreats, soul-shaking masterminds, and my Gather in Growth podcast, I create spaces where women come home to themselves. Where we unravel the old stories, strip away the expectations, and step into the fullness of who we were always meant to be.
