You’ve probably heard of the concept, the domino effect – maybe by another name, but basically, one decision leads to another, and so on, and so forth. This is something that’s been on my mind a lot lately, because it’s a practice I recently did with the ladies in my Growing Into Your Dreams workshop.


The beautiful thing about this process is, you actually DON’T need to have every single step outlined in order to make traction. You really just need to start with super simple baby steps, because these are steps that are going to get the ball rolling and going where you actually want it to go! I’ve seen this happen countless times in my own life, as well as in the lives of the incredible women I’ve connected and worked with.


In today’s episode, I want to talk more about the domino effect, and how this shows up so often in our lives. When you choose to move forward with your goals and dreams (however big or small they may be), it’s important to let go of those unnecessary expectations you’ve (more than likely) set for yourself. These decisions, and the action you’re choosing to take in the present, will impact your life, not only 6 months from now, but 6 years from now. Truthfully, your life is a culmination of the decisions you have made up until this point. Not making a decision IS a decision in itself.


I want you to ask yourself “What kind of life do I want to be living, and what kind of reality do I want to exist in”? You can upward spiral just as easily as downward spiral (which I’m sure we’re all more familiar with), but ultimately..it’s up to you.


I hope this episode encourages you to take bold action and pursue growth, however that looks for you in your season of life. Even though it’s kind of cheesy, it starts with ONE brave decision to change the entire trajectory of your life, so let’s make this journey a wild and incredible one we’ll never forget!!
