Meet Alexis Frank:

Alexis Frank is the unapologetic force behind the eldest daughter empowerment movement; a life and business coach dedicated to helping eldest daughters reclaim their power and rewrite the rules. As the creator of the life & business coaching niche for eldest daughter entrepreneurs, she is leading a revolution for women who have spent their lives carrying the weight of responsibility—and are finally ready to break free.


A biracial woman married to a Black man, Alexis knows firsthand what it means to navigate identity, expectations, and the courage to cut ties with anything—or anyone—that holds her back. With four formal degrees and a lifetime of trial and error as her greatest teacher, she has commanded rooms where she was never “supposed” to belong and swayed the minds and hearts of those who never wanted to change. She even ran for public office in a state that rejected her party but somehow embraced her presence, proving that her influence knows no bounds.


Beyond her coaching and activism, Alexis is a hip-hop dancer, an avid thriller and smut reader, and one of the funniest people she knows (and she’s right). A Projector and a September Virgo, she has made it her life’s mission to take full responsibility for the impact of her aura, guiding others to develop deeper, healthier relationships with themselves and those around them.
