Friends…I have a very special treat for you today! A few weeks ago, I had the honor of being part of The Goals with Soul Summit, hosted by my friend Kate House of the Live By Design Podcast! Kate is an absolute POWERHOUSE in the personal development space! The entire summit was built around helping high-achieving, goal-oriented women move from stressed and overwhelmed, to focused and making progress towards achieving their goals.


I know there were SO many women from the Gather in Growth community that took part in the summit and had the pleasure of hearing from over 20 thought leaders in the personal development space. I received sooo many messages about my interview, that Kate and I decided to repost it HERE for you to enjoy it too!
