My original plan for this episode was to do more of a ‘vlog’ style, because I recently traveled to a retreat I invested in for myself; I thought it would be fun to share what was happening as I was going through everything! I didn’t end up going that route (mainly because my brain kind of felt like mush every night when I planned to record, due to the fun-filled days and super late nights). I felt surprisingly calm going into this retreat experience, because I put little expectations and stress on myself. I chose to go into this with an open mind, and BOY, now that I’m on the other side and back home with my family, I feel like the next evolution of my business is just bubbling inside of me, waiting to come out in entirely new ways!


In today’s episode, I want to talk about my recent in-person retreat experience, and really, my big thoughts and takeaways that came from this. After hosting masterminds the last few years and being on the other side as an attendee, I’ve learned time and time again that literal MAGIC happens when you step outside of your comfort zone. Soooo much goodness can be drawn out of you when you put yourself in new spaces (both physically and emotionally) with other people doing big, bold, and courageous things. Having the opportunity to come together to learn and ‘glean’ from others in a growth-focused space is amazing, but also, being able to pour your own goodness and knowledge into others at the same time is freaking POWERFUL. When this happens, you better believe you’re going to vibrationally level up!


For me, I want to continue doing meaningful work that I love. I want to nurture my physical, mental, and emotional health. I want to be fully present for my family, and be able to financially provide for our household in a way that gives us everything we need (and then some). I want to have the opportunity to give back generously to organizations that I care deeply about. Maybe your definition of ‘success’ doesn’t look like a ton of money or fame, but if you’re someone who does want to have a big, fat bank account (like I do), there’s nothing selfish or greedy about that! When good money ends up in the hands of good people, it is an amplifier for GOOD in the world.


Coming off of this retreat experience, I have so much pulsing through me. I feel different, but also the same. I feel like my mission and ‘why’ for starting my business and serving people in the way that I do was reaffirmed, but also, I’m ready to bring out more of the essence of who I REALLY am – no more hiding, or playing small. Authenticity is what I preach to you, so it’s time for me to practice what I preach.


Yes, the adventure begins, and I feel an enormous amount of peace, gratitude, and excitement as I move into this next phase. I want you to know that anything is possible for you too; when you’re healthy, whole, peaceful, and pursuing alignment in your life, the incredible transformation that results will be beyond your wildest dreams, friend!
