LISTEN TO HOW TO TALK SO YOUR SPOUSE WILL LISTEN WITH ASHLEY MACHADO ON: Apple Podcasts | Spotify | Your player of choicePodcast
I’ve been seeing a common thread in many spaces lately about communication in marriage, and what that looks like-especially when experiencing conflict. I knew my friend, Ashley Machado, would be the perfect person to bring on and share more about how to talk so your spouse will listen. Learning the core pieces of communication for healthy and positive conversations (in any type of relationship-not just marriage) is truly valuable, so I’m VERY excited for you to have this resource of information!
Ashley Machado is a Tedx speaker and has been selected as a 2023 FFA Change Maker. She is rethinking the way we support mental health in the food and ag space. She specializes in tangible tools and simple strategies through mental health training and education for ag families and businesses alike. Ashley grew up in the dairy industry and now farms and ranches with her family in California’s central valley. She has her BA in human development and masters in social work with an emphasis in clinical mental health. Her goal is for everyone in the ag industry and rural America to have the tools they need in their mental health toolbox to operate and live life fully.
In this episode about how to talk so your spouse will listen with Ashley Machado, we cover:
