Today we’re digging into some things to keep in mind, and mindset shifts to make, as you pursue big goals in a small town. I recently asked my Instagram audience about their biggest struggles as a small town dreamer and unsurprisingly, soooo many women shared nearly identical pain points. Whether you’re expanding the farm, building a business, starting to share online, beginning a health journey, jump starting a fundraiser – whatever it is – the struggles were similar all across the board. Between the weight of expectations, opinions of other people, fear of judgment, and not having support from family and friends, these things are felt collectively and can make a huge impact on the way we show up and pursue the dreams on our heart.


In today’s episode, I’m going to share a few things to consider, offer a different perspective, and some mindset shifts to hopefully encourage you to keep going and to also make sure you know you aren’t alone.
