A circle for women living between worlds

You’ve started

to see clearly.

The roles, rules, and systems that once made sense

are cracking. Your body is louder than your calendar.

Your spirit is asking bigger questions than

your current circle is ready to hold.

You feel a little “off,” a little “too much,” a little “is it just me?” and you know it isn’t.

You’re not broken; you’re breaking open.

You’re holding both grief and possibility in the same breath.

This is your awakening.

For the woman who...

Feels like she’s oscillating between realities: one where she’s unraveling old stories, asking deeper questions, and seeing clearly how systems are crumbling... and another where people want to talk about the weather like nothing’s happening. The gap between her inner awakening and the outer world is disorienting, isolating, and exhausting.

Is watching political and patriarchal realities with horror, unwilling to gaslight herself into pretending it’s fine. You want to be part of the change — even if it begins small, within your own family, community, or business.

Is questioning religion, systems, or success scripts, noticing manipulation and control where you were once taught to see virtue. You’re unraveling from organized religion into a more mystical, embodied, divine-feminine connection.

Feels an increasing pull to be a voice, an advocate, a change-maker — but doesn’t know where to start. You long to speak up, to stand tall, but the layers of fear, uncertainty, and “who am I to…” feel heavy.

Is tuning into her body and cycles, tracking energy, symptoms, seasons, and what they’re trying to say. You’re craving a cyclical way of living and trusting your body’s cues as wisdom in action.

Is opening to spirituality — synchronicity, intuition, new modalities, energetic tools — and sometimes feels “low-key crazy” trying to explain it to logical folks she loves.

Is reading, listening, and following new voices, holding reverence for origin and tradition while allowing expansion.

Craves community built on matriarchy, reciprocity, intellectualism, empathy, authenticity, and joy — a place to be real, not performative.

Wants to hash out ideas, build a better world, and use her voice, even while she’s still putting her worldview back together.

If you’re unraveling and rebuilding at

the same time — you’re in the right room.

A sanctuary for
the messy middle

Here, your questions aren’t problems to fix, they’re invitations into depth, meaning, and purpose. Here, you don’t have to shrink, translate, or twist yourself to be understood.

The Coven is a six-month container for women dismantling the old stories: that worth = productivity, that politeness matters more than truth, that intuition can’t be trusted, that success means fitting the mold... and daring to live differently.

But it’s not just about naming what no longer works. The Coven is where you practice what comes next. Where self-trust is rebuilt. Where your voice grows steadier. Where you remember how to carry your awakening into the roles you hold — as leaders, business owners, mothers, sisters, friends.

This isn’t a surface-level empowerment circle. It’s a sacred, catalytic space where women come to be stretched, witnessed, and resourced so you can walk back into the world braver, clearer, and unwilling to mask your truth.

Remembering what was taken

Part of remembering isn’t just personal, it’s collective.

For generations, women held wisdom together.

They tracked the cycles, honored the body, listened to intuition, and lived in reciprocity with the earth.

They sat in circle, shared truth, and built community that was rooted in care.

And then it was taken.

Patriarchy, colonization, and organized religion taught us that the feminine was dangerous, that our bodies couldn’t be trusted, that intuition was irrational, that being “too much” was unsafe.

Women who carried wisdom were shamed, silenced, even burned.

We carry those wounds in our bones:

  • the sister wound — the fear that other women will judge, abandon, or betray us if we speak our truth.

  • the witch wound — the fear of being cast out, labeled crazy, or punished if we live fully in our power.

So instead we’ve performed. Smiled when it wasn’t real.  Shrunk ourselves to fit.

Played roles to be accepted. Hustled for worthiness.

But that’s not the whole story. Because even in the unraveling, we’re remembering.

We’re remembering what it feels like to trust our bodies.

To follow the whispers of intuition.

To honor cycles instead of grinding against them.

To sit with women who don’t want us smaller, but freer.

The Coven is designed to help us bring it back.

To heal those inherited wounds, to practice being seen without shrinking, to remember what it’s like to be held in circle.

This is where we practice trusting ourselves again.

This is where we reclaim the wisdom that was never truly lost.

Why I Created This Circle

This isn’t just theory for me. It's the very thread of my life and work.

When I first started sharing online and later on the Gather in Growth podcast (now Wild & Waking), it was because no one in small towns and rural communities was talking about building a really big life. About setting goals, creating habits, and living with intention.

That was the conversation I was craving, so I created it.

Over time, my own journey pulled me deeper — into mental health, therapy, healing, spirituality, and asking bigger and bigger questions. And as I shared, I realized so many women around me were carrying the same quiet ache: their questions and dreams often felt “too much.”

My work has always been about creating spaces for women who feel like no one quite understands what they’re going through. For the ones who are hungry for more, but afraid of being judged, dismissed, or left behind.

What’s shifted now is the level of conversation. It’s no longer just about big goals and daily habits. It’s about the very foundations of the systems we live in. The unraveling of faith, patriarchy, politics, and cultural scripts. The remembering of body, intuition, cycles, and ancestral wisdom.

That’s terrifying. It can feel disorienting on a whole other level. And it’s not something we can do alone.
We need each other now more than ever.

That’s why I created this container. Not to hand you answers, but to remind you that you’re not crazy, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to do this unraveling and remembering by yourself.

The Path We Walk Together:

The Wild & Waking Framework

Inside The Coven, we walk a cyclical, non-linear journey:

01

THE UNRAVELING

naming what’s no longer true, where the costumes don’t fit, and what must be released.

03

THE RECLAMATION

practicing boundaries, courage, visibility, and aligned action (tiny and profound).

02

THE REMEMBERING

reconnecting to body, intuition, desire, and the self beneath the conditioning.

04

THE RISE

embodying truth out loud, letting your presence ripple into your life and community.

You won’t be forced through a step-by-step curriculum. We meet you where you are in the cycle — sometimes in all four at once — and move in rhythm with your real life.

How We Gather

We unite twice a month for 2-hour group calls. These aren’t rigid classes or timed segments — they’re living, breathing circles that follow a rhythm:

ARRIVAL & GROUNDING

dropping into presence,

somatic settling, setting intentions

DSC_1542 (3).jpg

DEPTH & DIALOGUE

space to bring the real threads: questions,

grief, breakthroughs, visions, doubts.

Together we untangle, witness, and reflect

back truth without trying to fix

INTEGRATION & CLOSE

honoring what surfaced and weaving it into daily life

The flow is steady enough to feel safe and familiar, but always fluid enough to meet what the group most needs in the moment.

The Exhale You’ve
Been Waiting For

Lately, my inbox has been filling with messages from women saying:

“Thank you for the conversations you’ve been having on the podcast. I don’t have anyone in my real life I can talk to about this.”

“I treasure my friends and family, but they’re not asking the same questions. They don’t understand.”

“My spouse is supportive, but he gives me side eyes when I bring up these new explorations.”

I was recently at a conference where woman after woman came up to me with tears in their eyes. They thanked me for the bravery of these conversations. They told me they feel isolated and even “a little crazy” in their small towns and circles — for thinking about the same things I am.

They said my podcast, this space, is the first place they’ve felt seen. Safe. Less alone.

And that’s exactly why I’m creating this circle:

to gather all of us in one place.

Because so often we walk into rooms, or scroll online,

and assume we’re the only ones.

It feels isolating. We feel like aliens. Weird, a little witchy, too much. But secretly, there are far more of us than you think.

The Coven is where we come together.

So we can sit in the bigness and fullness of our expansion.

So we can rise as leaders and healers.

So we can initiate the bigger conversations.

So we can stand tall, side by side, and create this new world.

So no woman has to feel like she’s unraveling alone again.

This is the exhale you’ve been waiting for.

This is the “hell yes, me too” moment.

The Coven is where we stop pretending we’re the only ones — and finally stand side by side in this beautiful sisterhood of remembrance and reclamation.

What Changes When You’re Held Here

Over six months, expect to:

  • Name and release roles and expectations that keep you small — without apology.

  • Rebuild self-trust by listening to your body, cycles, and inner guidance.

  • Strengthen your voice with scripts, boundaries, and low-stakes reps.

  • Find resonance — a community where you’re not “too much,” you’re home.

  • Integrate spirituality with everyday life, no bypassing, no pretending.

  • See yourself clearly through compassionate mirrors, not conformity.

This is a sanctuary for the messy middle — not a performative glow-up.

We co-create safety, depth, and honest momentum without the pressure cooker of “constant output.”

Guiding questions we return to

Prior to each Coven call, you’ll be invited into reflection
across the four stages of the Wild & Waking Framework:

01

THE UNRAVELING

“This life I built doesn’t
feel like mine anymore.”

What story/system do you know isn’t yours anymore?

Where are you performing palatability at the expense of truth?

What grief, rage, or fatigue needs to be named so it can move?

Where do you feel split between realities, and what’s the cost?

03

THE RECLAMATION

“I get to choose my life.
I’m choosing different.”

Which boundary would protect your energy most right now?

What truth needs your voice — even if it shakes?

What tiny, aligned experiment could you run this week?

Are you trying to be understood, or are you ready to be seen?

02

THE REMEMBERING

“Who was I before the
world told me who to be?”

What whispers keep
returning when you get quiet?

What does your body
say yes/no to this week?

Which practices reconnect
you to yourself?

If no one were watching, what would you do differently today?

04

THE RISE

“I’m not waiting for
permission. I am the fire.”

What does embodied
leadership look like for you?

Where did you feel resonance
after speaking your truth?

What ripple do you want to
nourish — family, work, community?

What becomes possible when you’re witnessed by women
on the same path?

These prompts serve as portals: opening pathways to clarity, self-trust, and collective depth.

Stone Steps _ Moss

How it flows

Duration: 6 months — October 21 to April 21 (1 month break embedded for facilitator maternity leave)

Gatherings: Two 2-hour group calls each month (bi-weekly on Tuesdays, 10am–12pm CST)

Between calls: A private group conversation for coaching, processing, and celebration

Support: Reflection prompts, somatic practices, and soul-stretching questions

Neurodivergent. Intellectual. Wayward soul. Queer.

Wild. Deconstructing. Rebel. Witchy. Creative. Feminist.

Sovereign. Liberal. Spiritual. Out there. Empath. Leader.

You may not identify with all or any of these.

But if even one of those words makes you feel a

spark of recognition—or a lump in your throat—

this circle might be exactly what you’ve been searching for.

And if reading them makes you viscerally uncomfortable,

fair warning: the women coming into this space might identify with them. The Coven is for the ones who don’t fit neatly into

a box. The ones who’ve always been “a little too much” or

“not quite enough.” The weirdos. And I freaking love it.

This circle is for the doers and dreamers.

For the women who feel isolated and foreign in

their small towns, even as they deeply love them.

For the ones who see the world differently, who

embrace nuance, who are frustrated beyond belief

with what’s unfolding right before our eyes.

For the ones who love all different kinds of people in

their everyday lives, who see through the bullshit

and propaganda, and are defining their inner world

and belief systems on their own terms.

For the ones hellbent on creating something better.

The change-makers.

When I say The Coven is a space where your bigness is welcome, I mean it. This is a space where people who

may look, think, pray, vote, or love differently than you

are not just tolerated — they are celebrated.

Because I’m exhausted. Exhausted from the DMs

I get from women who feel deeply alone in their journey, holding questions and awakenings with no one in their

“real life” who understands.

The Coven is where we come together.

To be witnessed. To belong. To stop carrying it all alone.

And if that’s not you, that’s okay. Truly.

I promise there are other spaces in my

work designed for where you are right now.

But The Coven? This is for the women who feel

tears prick their eyes reading these words and

whispering: finally, someone gets it.

If that’s you — I can’t wait to welcome you in.

We need this now, more than ever.

The Coven isn't for everyone

frequently asked questions

Q: What if I can’t make the full 2 hours every time?

A: Life happens. Harvest runs late. Kids get sick. You’ll get just as much from being present for what you can as from the full arc. Calls are recorded, and sometimes the exact 20 minutes you do hear is the one your soul needed most.

Q: What if I don’t know what to say?

A: That’s actually perfect. The framework itself (Unraveling → Remembering → Reclamation → Rise) does the heavy lifting. You’ll always have gentle guiding questions. Sharing is never forced. Listening counts as participation.

Q: Will I have to share on every call?

A: No. This isn’t performance-based. Some weeks you may spill your guts for 15 minutes. Other weeks you may just want to be witnessed in presence. Both are holy.

Both are welcome.

Q: What if I’m brand new to some of this?

A: You’re not behind. The Coven holds many entry points. Some women come steeped in the journey, others just beginning to trust their body or question systems.

Wherever you are in the cycle, you belong.

Q: Will this be too “woo” for me?

A: The Coven integrates both soul and sense. We’ll talk patriarchy and politics right alongside intuition and synchronicity. We’ll honor the mystical without bypassing the material. You bring your full self — intellect, spirit, body, all of it. If this feels too scary, I invite you to sit in curiosity as to why. If you have butterflies in your tummy because you know it’ll stretch outside your comfort zone but also feels like home, then I think you’re in the right place.

Q: What if I’m too deep / too intense / too much?

A: There is no “too much” here. Your rage, grief,

downloads, and worldview shifts are normal in this space. You won’t be asked to tone it down for palatability.

Q: I’ve done therapy and coaching before.

How is this different?

A: Therapy helps you heal past wounds. Coaching helps you move toward future goals. The Coven is a sacred in-between: a communal space for the messy middle where you are unraveling and rebuilding at once. You’ll be held, witnessed, and mirrored in real time by women walking similar terrain.

Q: What if I’m scared I won’t belong?

A: That fear means you probably belong more than you know. The very women who think they’ll be “too weird” or “not far enough” are the ones who create this circle.

Your Invitation

This isn’t about arriving polished or put together.

It’s about being held while you’re becoming.

The Coven is a circle for the messy middle — for women unraveling and remembering at once, reclaiming piece by piece, and rising in ways the world might not yet understand.

Here, your unraveling is sacred.
Your remembering is honored.
Your reclamation is celebrated.
Your rise is witnessed.

You don’t have to do this alone.
You don’t have to feel like an alien for seeing what’s real.
You don’t have to contort yourself into belonging where you’ve outgrown.

The Coven is waiting. A seat in the circle is yours if you’re ready.

Forest Light

can hold the whole of you?

If you’re unraveling and remembering at once… if you’re reclaiming language for your life and want to rise without abandoning yourself… if you’re done performing and ready to belong to yourself in community — come take your seat in The Coven.
